I’ve been living with rheumatoid arthritis for about 5 years, and over time, the pain and inflammation have only gotten worse. My joints, especially in my hands and knees, hurt a lot, and I find it difficult to do even simple tasks like gripping a pen or walking for long periods. I’ve tried various medications, but they don’t seem to provide much relief, and I’m worried about the long-term side effects. I’ve heard about rheumatoid arthritis Ayurvedic treatments that focus on reducing inflammation and improving joint health, like herbal remedies, oils, and specific diets.
