I’ve been dealing with chronic lower back pain for years now, and it’s been getting worse as time goes on. I’ve tried physical therapy and painkillers, but nothing seems to give me long-lasting relief. Lately, I’ve also been feeling more stressed than usual, with tight muscles and headaches that just won’t go away. A friend of mine visited Kerala for Ayurvedic treatments and said it really helped her with her health issues. I’m considering going for Kerala Ayurveda treatments, but I’m unsure if it can address both my pain and stress issues. Can Kerala Ayurveda treatments really help with chronic pain and stress relief? What kinds of therapies or treatments should I look for—should I consider Panchakarma or other options? How long do people usually take to feel significant improvements, and does it require any major lifestyle changes?

You’re gonna want to consider therapies like Panchakarma—it involves a series of detox treatments, like oil massages (Abhyanga), steam therapy (Swedana), and even Shirodhara, where warm oil poured on your forehead can soothe stress and calm the mind. These treatments work together to detoxify, balance doshas, and relieve tension.
