I’ve been dealing with wrist joint pain for the past few months, and it’s been really affecting my day-to-day activities. It started out as a mild discomfort, but over time, the pain has gotten worse. The pain in my wrist joint mostly happens when I try to lift something heavy or when I’m typing or using my phone for long periods. It doesn’t hurt all the time, but it flares up randomly, and sometimes I feel like my wrist is stiff or swollen. The pain is sharp, and it usually gets worse at night. I can’t help but think that something serious might be going on because it’s not going away, no matter what I try. I went to a regular doctor, and they told me it could be some kind of repetitive strain injury or arthritis, and that it might take time to heal. They gave me a few painkillers and suggested using a wrist brace. But honestly, I don’t want to just cover up the symptoms; I’d like to fix the problem for good. I’m starting to wonder if the wrist joint pain could be related to some imbalance in my body, as I’ve heard that Ayurveda focuses on treating the root causes of conditions rather than just the symptoms.
