I am really curious about this thing I keep hearing and seeing everywhere — Kamdhenu ras. It just pops up, and like, what is it even? So, a few months ago, I started experiencing these nagging joint pains. Honestly, at first, I thought it was just me getting older or maybe from the extra running I picked up.
