I am really curious about Kottamchukkadi Thailam uses and how effective it really is! So, a friend of mine recommended this to me when I was complaining about my persistent back pain. I've tried so many things, from over-the-counter painkillers to physiotherapy, but nothing seems to work long-term. Anyway, she said Kottamchukkadi Thailam is supposed to be great for relieving pain and improving mobility. I looked it up and saw that it's commonly used in treating arthritis and muscle stiffness, which makes sense because that's what I've been dealing with for months! But I'm also kinda worried if there are any side effects or maybe it won't work for me? I've had all kinds of alternative treatments before that just didn’t do much. It’s so frustrating! I’m wondering if I can just apply it directly on the painful area, or if I need to follow a certain routine for it to be effective. Oh, and how long does it usually take to feel any relief? I keep hearing about its uses but never actually saw anyone who had a good experience with it, y'know?
