I am really confused about the muscalt forte tablet uses. So, I’m a 35-year-old who’s been dealing with this nagging muscle pain in my back for like months now. I decided to visit a local Ayurvedic doc and he suggested I try muscalt forte tablets. I took them for a week, and honestly, I’m still not sure what they’re actually doing for me. My friend said it helped her, but I’m not feeling much change. I've also been having some trouble sleeping due to this pain, and I'm wondering if muscalt forte tablet uses extends to helping with sleep issues too? If anyone could break down exactly what these tablets are supposed to do, that would be awesome! Thanks!
