I am really confused about this karpasasthyadi thailam stuff. So, I recently went to an Ayurvedic doctor for my growing joint pains, and they recommended it, saying it’s great for easing discomfort, but I’ve never heard of it before! I’ve been dealing with this for a while now, like having trouble walking some days, and honestly, the pain is annoying. I just wanna know the specific karpasasthyadi thailam uses because I want to make sure I’m doing the right thing, you know? Is it mostly for pain relief, or does it help with inflammation too? I read somewhere it’s also good for skin issues, why? How often should I apply it? I guess I’m just a bit overwhelmed with all this new info!
