I am really confused about this whole singhnad guggulu thing. So, I’ve been dealing with this annoying joint pain for months now, especially in my knees. I try to stick to a healthy diet, but nothing seems to work, ugh! My friend suggested singhnad guggulu, saying it helped her mom with arthritis. I’m a little skeptical, honestly.
