I am really struggling with some joint pain lately, especially in my knees and lower back. It's been on and off for a few months now, but the last week has been especially rough—hard to even get up from my chair. I heard my aunt mention using mahanarayan tail for her arthritis and how it helped her a ton. So I'm super curious about this! Can you guys share how to use mahanarayan tail effectively? Like, should I warm it up before applying? Also, I wonder if it has any side effects? I really wanna try something natural before considering pain meds. Thanks!!
