I am really confused about these rumalaya forte tablet uses. So, a few months ago, I started experiencing really bad joint pain, especially in my knees and wrists. It’s been hard to even walk sometimes. My friend recommended these rumalaya forte tablets, and I thought, okay, why not? I’ve been taking them for about 3 weeks, but honestly, I can't tell if they’re working or not! Should I be taking them with something else? Like, I don’t know—maybe some ginger tea or something? I’m not sure if I’m taking them correctly or if they have any long-term effects. Has anyone else had luck with rumalaya forte tablet uses, or am I just wasting my time?
