I am feeling pretty lost with my health lately and I heard about this herbal mix called rasnadi choornam from my friend. So, like, I've been dealing with this awful discomfort in my lower back for months now, and it's really affecting my daily routine, you know? I always feel this stiffness, and sometimes it radiates down my legs. I tried a bunch of remedies but nothing seems to help. Do you think rasnadi choornam could actually provide some relief?
