I have pain in my right knee since last 1 year in X-ray report, it was diagnosed by mild osteoarthritis I have been taking homeopathic medicines since last 1 year but didn't get so much relief always I have to wear knee cap

Osteoarthritis from an Ayurvedic perspective focuses on Vata dosha, as this condition is characterized by degeneration and dryness in joints. Ayurveda may not “cure” osteoarthritis completely but can certainly manage symptoms and improve joint health by addressing underlying imbalances. Since you’re dealing with Vata, prioritize warmth, stability, and nourishment.

First, focus on your diet. Consume warm, cooked meals; favour whole grains such as quinoa or rice, and include healthy fats like ghee or sesame oil, which soothe Vata.
