I am super confused about this whole SDM Dhamwantara Vati D.S thing. A while back, I started experienceing this really annoying joint pain, especially in my knees and elbows. I’m not old or anything, just in my late 30s. Anyway, a friend suggested I try SDM Dhamwantara Vati D.S. They said it may help, but I’m kinda skeptical honestly. I did some search online and found a ton of testimonials saying how great it is for joint issues but my doctor didn’t explain much about it when I mentioned it. He just said it’s Ayurvedic and could be beneficial. So, I thought “why not?” But, when I looked more into the ingredients in SDM Dhamwantara Vati D.S, I was a bit overwhelmed. Like what even is guggul and how does it really help with pain? I've been taking it for a few weeks now and the pain seems to be a bit less, but then again, I started some light exercises too. How do I know if the SDM Dhamwantara Vati D.S is actually working or if it’s just the exercise? Should I stick with it or look for something else? I really don’t want to waste my time or money if it doesn’t work... Ugh! Any advice would be super appreciated!
