My mother is 78 yrs old right now. She has rheumatoid arthritis and chronic acid reflux. Can Amavatari rasa or Sinhanad guggulu be used to treat RA without aggravating Acidity further? Also suggests what are the best anupana or other formulations that can be taken with these medicines.

Yes both this medicine are good for Rheumatoid arthritis. If acid reflux can take Maharasnadi kadha 10 ml twice after food with water Ajmoodadi churan 1/2 tsp twice after food with water Dasmoola ghanvati 1-0-1 after food with water Kamdudharas moti yukta 1-0-1 after food with water. Avoid sour fermented foods, citrus fruits. Avoid direct exposure to cold weather and cold breeze.
