I am really struggling with some discomfort in my back and neck lately, and I feel like I’ve tried everything. I’ve heard about it but never used it before, and honestly, I’m a bit confused about how to incorporate it into my routine. I’ve been dealing with some chronic stress, and sometimes it manifests in these tight knots in my shoulders. I tried some stretching exercises and warm baths, but they only offer temporary relief. My friend swears by Maharishi Prandhara Massage Oil, saying it works wonders for her, but I guess I’m just skeptical.
