I am feeling really frustrated lately because I’ve been dealing with some stubborn joint pain and digestive issues. I thought it might just be the usual aging thing, but this has been dragging on for months now. A friend recommended I try AVP Sahacharadi Kashayam, saying it worked wonders for her mom, who's had similar problems. I did some research and found it’s supposed to be good for joint health and the digestive system, but now I'm not sure if it's really what I need. A couple weeks ago, I even got some tests done and my doctor mentioned maybe some inflammation but didn’t provide much guidance on how to address it naturally. I’ve tried some herbs and gone on a few diets but no real results yet.
