I am dealing with some seriously annoying joint pain lately, like, it’s impacting everything. A couple of months ago, I noticed my knees were so stiff in the morning that getting out of bed felt like a major workout. I went to a regular doctor, and they said it's probably some early arthritis or something along those lines. They suggested some meds which really didn't help much. Then I came across this Baidyanath Amavatari Ras and was pretty intrigued, especially since I've read it's supposed to help with joint issues. I tried it for about a week now, but I'm still not sure if I’m taking the right dosage or using it correctly. I mean, I follow the instructions, but like, do I need to change my diet or something while taking Baidyanath Amavatari Ras? I still have some swelling and pain in my hands too, and it’s just really frustrating because I wanna get back to my normal life, you know? Has anyone else had luck with Baidyanath Amavatari Ras? I want to be hopeful, but I need to know if I should give it more time or look for another remedy. Any tips would be super helpful!
