I am really in need of some advice here. Recently, I’ve been dealing with this nagging pain in my lower back, and it’s been like, months now! Tried everything from stretching to those over-the-counter meds, but nothing seems to work. A friend mentioned Vasu Arow Liniment, so I thought I’d give it a shot. But honestly, I don't know what to expect. Last week, I applied Vasu Arow Liniment for the first time, and the scent was kinda strong, but I liked that it felt warm after putting it on. However, my back still aches like crazy. I'm not sure if I’m doing it right or if I should be using it more often? Do I need to massage it in more? My sister says I should just let it be, but I’m just anxious to feel better, you know? I also get this weird tingling sometimes, which makes me worried. Should I be experiencing that while using Vasu Arow Liniment? Or is it just my back being stubborn?
