I am dealing with some nagging back pain for the past few months, and it’s really starting to affect my daily life! I’ve tried a bunch of things, like physical therapy and some over-the-counter meds, but nothing’s really helping. A friend mentioned Dhootapapeshwar Maharasnadi Kadha and said it’s a lifesaver for back issues...but I feel so lost on this! I read somewhere that it's supposed to help with pain and inflammation, but I have no clue how to take it or if it's even appropriate for my situation. Like, do I just drink it straight or mix it with something? Also, I get that it's Ayurvedic and all, but I’m a little skeptical, to be honest. My mom always swears by natural remedies, and she’s been telling me to try Dhootapapeshwar Maharasnadi Kadha, but what if it doesn’t work?? Has anyone here had any experience with it?
