A1 pully and trigger finger in same point in little finger - #27315

I have trigger finger and A1 pully in little finger. I feel difficulty while sweeping house holding mop stick and clean. I have pain for some time and it goes away. Heavy work not able to do. Can there be any treatment where I can bring back my finger to normal strength and be pain free?
