I am really struggling with this nagging back pain that just won't go away. It's been months, and no matter what I try, I feel like I'm just going in circles. I started seeing a physiotherapist, but they say I might need some herbal support, you know? A friend mentioned Malabar Himasagara Tailam and how it really helped them with similar pain issues. I did some research and found out it’s supposed to be great for muscle tension and discomfort, plus, it’s got some really good ingredients. I kinda want to give the Malabar Himasagara Tailam a shot, but honestly, I’m not sure how to use it correctly. Like, how often should I apply it? Should it directly touch the skin or do I need to mix it with something? Also, I’ve read that some folks might have reactions to it. I mean, is it generally safe? My skin can be kinda sensitive, and I don’t wanna end up with rashes or something. I'm a bit worried, but also hopeful that this could be the solution!
