I am just really confused and a bit worried about my health right now. I've been dealing with some joint pain for the past few months, which is, honestly, super frustrating. In the beginning, it was just a little discomfort in my knees, but now it hurts to climb stairs or even sit for too long. A friend recommended the AVN Aragwadhadi Kashayam Tablet, saying it's great for joint health, but I don’t know if it'll actually help me.
