I am really confused about my recent health issues and hope maybe someone here can help me. I've been dealing with some joint pain and stiffness for like a year now, mostly in my knees and hands. I went to a regular doctor, and they said it’s probably arthritis, but honestly, they didn't really give me much help or solutions. A friend mentioned Baidyanath Sinhanad Guggulu and said it's great for joint problems and helps reduce inflammation or something like that. I looked it up and saw that Baidyanath Sinhanad Guggulu is supposed to be pretty effective, but I'm a bit skeptical. I mean, will it actually work? I have this nagging doubt because I’ve tried other herbal remedies before, and they didn't help much. Also, how do I take it? Like, are there any side effects? I really want to try to avoid stronger medications or steroids that doc offered me, but what if Baidyanath Sinhanad Guggulu doesn’t do anything?
