I am really at my wits end here. For the past few months, I've been dealing with some weird joint pain, especially in my knees and elbows. The pain gets really bad in the mornings, and I feel like a rusty robot trying to get going. I tried a couple of over-the-counter painkillers, but those barely touched it. I read a bit about Sitaram Pamanthaka Thailam and thought maybe that could help, you know?
