I am really worried about my mom's health lately. She’s been complaining about joint pain, especially in her knees and hands. We were talking to someone at the local Ayurvedic shop, and they mentioned using, uh, Sitaram Prabhanjanam Thailam for joint pain relief. I’ve read a bit about it but still feel kinda lost. Can anyone tell me how effective Sitaram Prabhanjanam Thailam really is? Has anyone here used it for something similar? I mean, what's the best way to apply it? Do you just massage it in, or is there something special about using Sitaram Prabhanjanam Thailam that I should know? My mom really doesn’t like taking pills, she prefers natural remedies, so I thought this could be worth a try! But honestly, I’m a bit anxious about using it without knowing if it actually works or if it has any side effects. Like, could it interact with other things she takes?
