I am struggling with some persistent joint pain, especially in my knees and lower back. I never thought it would get this bad after just a few rounds of tennis! Two weeks ago, I went to a doc and he mentioned inflammation and suggested some painkillers which honestly haven’t helped much. They just take the edge off, but as soon as the meds wear off, it’s like back to square one! Someone told me about Capro Arjit Liniment, saying it’s a natural remedy that can soothe those aching joints. I did some searching, and I see a lot of good stuff about Capro Arjit Liniment being used for joint pain relief. Has anyone had success with this? I’m just a bit hesitant because I tried some other herbal creams before that were a total flop. Like, I need something that will actually work! My knees feel stiff especially in the morning and after sitting too long, and I feel like my mobility is going downhill. How long before you feel the effects of Capro Arjit Liniment? Is it okay to use it daily or could it cause some side effects? I just want to be active again without wincing every time I bend down! Thanks in advance for any insights!
