Aapke lumbar spine mein jo tilt hai, wo kuch lifestyle aur Ayurvedic upay se theek hone ki sambhavna hai, lekin aapko apne doctor se aage bhi consult karna chahiye kyunki sirf wo aapke specific case ko detail mein jaan sakte hai. Ayurveda mein, spinal alignment aur posture ko sudharne ke liye kuch techniques hain jo beneficial ho sakti hain.

Sabse pehle, yoga aur prasidh asanas jaise Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose), Salabhasana (Locust Pose), aur Tadasana (Mountain Pose) karke dekh sakte hai. Ye poses aapke spine ko align rakhne mein aur back muscle ko majbut karne mein madadgar ho sakte hai. Inhe aap kisi experienced instructor se seekh lein. Regular practice aapke spine ke alignment ko maintain karne ke liye zaroori hai.

Doosra, aap kuch dietary changes par bhi dhyaan de. Ayurveda kehta hai ki Vata dosha ke imbalance se ye issues ho sakte hain. Aap apne diet mein ghee, til ka tel, aur nuts (badam, walnuts) le sakte hain jo aapki spine aur joint lubrication mein help karenge. Avoid karein aise foods jo dry ya excessively processed ho.
