I am really struggling with chronic pain in my lower back and I heard about this AVP Heal Pain Balm from a friend who swears by it. I’ve tried various treatments and nothing seems to help much. Last month, I had a massage therapist tell me it might be a muscle strain or something, and I did some physio, but the pain just keeps coming back. It’s like, one minute I'm fine and then I bend down to pick something up, and bam, it’s like a knife shooting through my back! 😣 My friend said the AVP Heal Pain Balm helped her with her knee pain and that it has natural ingredients which sound way better than all the other stuff I've used (some of them smell horrible!). I am curious though — does AVP Heal Pain Balm really work? Like, how often do you need to apply it? Is there a specific way to use it to get the best results? I’m also worried about any side effects. I really want to find something that works and isn’t full of chemicals. Should I be doing anything else alongside using the AVP Heal Pain Balm? Maybe stretching or exercises?
