I am feeling kinda lost here. Recently, I’ve been dealing with this persistent ache in my lower back. It started off just being annoying but has gotten really painful, like I can’t even sit for too long without squirming. My friend suggested using Capro Senzadol Oil because she said it worked wonders for her pain. I decided to give it a shot and ordered some online, but now I’m worried if I’m using it right. I applied it twice a day, but the thing is, sometimes the pain feels worse after I use it. Is that normal? I mean, she didn’t mention anything like that.
