I am feeling kinda lost here. Recently, I started taking the Sri Sri Tattva Turmeric Plus Tablet, after hearing so many good things about its benefits for inflammation and overall health. Last month, I had this really bad knee pain that just wouldn’t go away. It’s like, every time I tried to exercise or even walk for a long time, my knee would start to hurt, almost like it was on fire! I went to the doc, and they said it might be inflammation or something... I couldn’t believe my ears. Before I found the Sri Sri Tattva Turmeric Plus Tablet, I tried a million things: ice packs, different creams, you name it. When I saw the turmeric tablet, I thoight, “Why not give this a go?” I’ve been taking it for about two weeks now, and I’m not sure if it’s working or if it’s just my imagination. Some days I feel slightly better, but others it’s like the pain is back with a vengeance! I just wanna know, how long before I should really feel a difference with Sri Sri Tattva Turmeric Plus Tablet? Am I doing something wrong? Are there any tips on how to maximize its effects? Also, is there a right dosage or any foods I should stay away from? Could really use some guidance!!
