I am really confused about this Sitaram Narayana Thailam stuff! Over the past few months, I've been feeling this constant ache in my lower back and it’s like, no matter what I do, it just doesn’t go away. I tried heat pads and stretching, but I think I might need to look into something more natural. A friend mentioned Sitaram Narayana Thailam, like they swear by it for muscle pain. I did some research on it and saw that it’s supposed to be good for inflammatory issues too, so I thought, why not? However, I’m not sure if I'm using it right.
