I am dealing with this nagging back pain after lifting something heavy at work a few weeks ago. I’ve tried a couple of Western remedies like heating pads and over-the-counter pain relievers but nothing really helps! A friend mentioned AVP Kayyanyadi Oil and said it might work wonders for muscle soreness. I’m curious about it. Has anyone here used AVP Kayyanyadi Oil for back pain? I just read somewhere that it’s great for muscular issues, but is it really? I’ve been doing stretches and trying to rest more, but the pain keeps coming back. This constant ache makes it hard to focus at work or even enjoy my downtime. I guess that’s why I’m reaching out. Do you think it’s worth trying the AVP Kayyanyadi Oil? And if so, how do I even apply it properly? Do I need to do any specific kind of massage or something? Like, do I need to do anything special with the oil before using it, or can I just rub it on like any other oil? I wanna be sure to do this right and hopefully find some relief!
