I am super confused and honestly a bit worried about my knee pain. Just a few months ago, I started feeling a dull ache in my knees, and it slowly got worse. At first, I thought it might be from all the running I’ve been doing, but then the pain became sharper, and sometimes I have trouble bending my knee. A friend suggested I might have AVN, which is avascular necrosis, and recommended to try AVN Gandharvahastadi Kashayam since it’s supposed to be good for joint pain and might help with recovery.
