I am really struggling with these increased aches in my joints lately. It’s like everything hurts, especially after sitting for too long or doing anything physical—I mean, even lifting simple grocery bags is a challenge now. I’ve never been super active, but last few weeks have been worse than ever. Friends have suggest I look into Vaidyaratnam Sudhabala Thailam for relief, saying it's great for joint pain. Not sure how to take it or if it really works tho. I tried a few other remedies before, and nothing really helped! I've read that Vaidyaratnam Sudhabala Thailam has some kind of warming effect or something? My mother used to use similar things when I was a kid, but I didn’t pay that much attention, you know? Also, my worry is… could there be any side effects? Like, does it have any interactions with other things I’m taking? Sometimes I feel a little dizzy after trying new stuff and really wanna avoid that. Anyone had any success with Vaidyaratnam Sudhabala Thailam? What’s the best way to use it?
