I am feeling pretty overwhelmed, you know? For the last few months, I've had this really annoying pain in my joints and I’ve tried a bunch of different things but nothing seems to work. My friend recommended me to try SDM Gandharva Hastadi Taila. I looked it up and it seems like people swear by it for joint pain relief, but honestly I’m a bit skeptical. I mean, how can some oil really help like that? Last week, I even went to a doctor and got some tests done, and they said it’s just some inflammation. I’ve been just using heat packs and stuff but, seriously, it only takes the edge off. I’ve read that SDM Gandharva Hastadi Taila is supposed to be good for not just pain but also promoting flexibility, which would totally be amazing right now! But like, how do you even use it?
