I am really at my wits end here and could use some help! Recently, I started having these horrible joint pains, like in my knees and elbows, and let me tell you, it’s making everyday things tough. I’ve been trying to manage it with some over-the-counter stuff but it’s not really doing much. My friend mentioned Vaidyaratnam Rasnasapthakam Kashayam, saying that it really helped them with similar issues, but I don’t know much about it. I went to a doctor last week and he said my inflammation levels are kinda high, which was worrying. I’ve also tried a few home remedies, like turmeric milk and ginger tea, but nothing seems to stick.
