I am really at my wits end here. For the past few months, I've been dealing with some persistent joint pain and it seems like nothing seems to help. Recently, a friend recommended Malabar Badradarvyadi Kashayam, saying it might be great for relief. I did a bit of research, and I see that this herbal concoction is supposed to be good for inflammatory issues. But I don’t really know how to take it or if I should be mixing it with anything else. Like, sometimes my knees and elbows swell up, and on those days, I can hardly walk properly! I’m concerned cause I’ve tried other remedies, both mainstream and alternative, but nothing feels quite right. Anyway, I’m thinking about giving Malabar Badradarvyadi Kashayam a shot but I'm just not sure about the dosage or possible side effects. Also, is there any specific time of day I should be taking it? Should I be worried about interactions with other supplements I’m on? 🤔 It always confuses me to tackle these things. I just really need some relief and honestly, I’m kinda desperate!
