I am a little confused about my health situation — for the past few months, I've been dealing with some stubborn joint pain and general fatigue. My doc mentioned something about inflammation, and a friend suggested I try the Pentacare Guggulu Tiktaka Kashaya. I read some stuff online about how it’s supposed to be good for these kinds of issues, but honestly, I just don’t know. The thing is, I've been more active lately, thinking some stretching might help, but nope—it's like a brick wall! My knees hurt after just a few minutes of walking, and some days, even my fingers feel stiff. Wondering if that’s a sign my body needs something stronger. I’ve started taking the Pentacare Guggulu Tiktaka Kashaya as recommended, but honestly, I feel like it's not doing much right now. Am I supposed to notice a difference right away or does it take time? Like, how long should I give it before I freak out or try something else?
