I am feeling really confused and a bit lost right now. I’ve had this nagging back pain for months, and it doesn't seem to go away. I’ve tried a few treatments, but nothing feels like it’s actually working! A friend suggested the Aayush Shulagna Combipack, said it helped her mom with similar issues. I looked it up and saw it’s supposed to relieve pain and inflammation, which is exactly what I need. But like, is that really true? I mean, I've been to doctors, got scans done and they just keep giving me painkillers! Whenever I try to explain the discomfort, they just nod and hand me another prescription. Ugh!
