I am feeling really confused and a bit frustrated about this persistent pain in my lower back. It’s been a few weeks now, and I’ve tried a bunch of things but nothing seems to help. A friend suggested that I try Himalaya Rumalaya Liniment since she said it worked wonders for her muscle soreness. I decided to look it up, and to be honest, I’m just not sure if it’s right for me. I’m all about natural remedies, but I want to make sure I’m not wasting my time or money. Like, should I be using Himalaya Rumalaya Liniment for back pain or is it more suited for other issues? I've read that it's good for joint pain too, but I'm not sure how that translates to muscle or back problems. Sometimes I also feel stiffness, and honestly, the whole thing is driving me a bit nutty.
