I am really struggling with this nagging joint pain for months now. At first, I thought it was just my age catching up, but it’s getting worse! My friend who swears by Ayurvedic treatments mentioned using Malabar Thriphaladi Tailam for relief, but I have no clue if it would help me. I read a bit about it, and I heard it’s supposed to be good for joint issues or something like that? I tried some over-the-counter stuff, but all I got were more sleepless nights and a gnawing doubt in my mind. Plus, sometimes I feel this weird stiffness in the mornings like I’m the Tin Man from the Wizard of Oz! Does anybody know how I could use Malabar Thriphaladi Tailam effectively? Like, should I apply it directly to the joints, or massage it in somehow? And how often? Ugh, the pain is just exasperating. I want to avoid popping painkillers if I can find something more natural like that oil. Any experiences or advice on how Malabar Thriphaladi Tailam might work for me? Can I mix it with other things or should I stick to just that? Thanks sooo much!
