I am really struggling with some ongoing joint pain, especially in my knees and elbows, which have been bothering me for the last few months. Like, at first it was just after long days of work, but lately it seems to be all the time. My sister suggested I try Charak Danil Oil since she swear by it for her arthritis. I’ve read about natural remedies and I’m all for trying something like that rather than loading up on pain meds, but honestly, will it really help? I started using it about a week ago, applying it twice a day, but I'm not sure if I’m using it right. I mean, am I supposed to massage it in or just let it sit? I’ve also heard different opinions on how long it takes to see results. Do you guys think my diet could be affecting my joints as well? I’ve been eating a lot of junk lately, which probably isn’t great. Also, should I be concerned about any side effects from using Charak Danil Oil? It’s just so frustrating because on some days it feels like I’m moving through molasses! Just curious if anyone here had a similar experience or advice about this. Would love to know if I should stick with it or maybe look for something else. Thanks!
