I followed the instructions, but honestly, I also sometimes forgot to do it in the mornings. Also, I’ve read about how diet and lifestyle can impact the efficacy of the Vaidyaratnam Madhuyashtyadi Thailam but didn’t change much else in my routine. Any tips or insights on this?
