I am really struggling with some persistent joint pain and my friend suggested trying AVP Narayana Thailam. I've read a bit about it but, like, not sure if it’s the right move? I'm in my late 30s and have been dealing with this for a while. Couple of months ago, I sprained my ankle during a hike, and since then, not only has that been aching, but my knees and elbows have started to feel stiff too! I thought it would get better, but it just kinda hung around. Went to docs and got some anti-inflammatory meds but they haven’t helped much. I honestly feel kind of frustrated. I heard that AVP Narayana Thailam could help with inflammation and cooling down the joints, but I'm worried about using it alongside my medication or if there could be interaction.
