I am dealing with some really annoying joint pain lately, like it just won’t go away! It started a few months ago after I hurt my knee while playing with my dog, and it kinda just escalated from there. I’ve tried a bunch of over-the-counter painkillers, but they only help for a little while. I was at a friend's place the other day and she mentioned she’d been using this Sparsh Natural Pain Relief Oil. She swore by it and said it worked wonders for her back pain! Now, I’ve never really dabbled much into Ayurvedic solutions before, but I’m feeling kinda desperate and thinking of giving that Sparsh Natural Pain Relief Oil a shot. How does it actually work?? Like, do you just apply it straight on the area or do you need to do some special routine? Are there particular ingredients in the oil that I should know about?
