I am dealing with some pretty annoying joint pains lately! It started about a month ago when I was lifting weights, and now I feel like I’m 80 instead of 30. My knees make weird cracking sounds, ugh! That’s when my friend suggested I try A & J Amrutha Rathna Ortho Tablet. She swears by it for her knee issues, saying it really helped her.
