I am really confused about this whole thing with Sitaram Karpoortadi Thailam. A few weeks ago, I started feeling this annoying, persistent pain in my back, you know? At first, I thought it was just from sitting too long at my desk job, but then it kinda got worse and started spreading down to my legs. I read somewhere that Sitaram Karpooradi Thailam could help with pain and inflammation, and I’m thinking about trying it. Has anyone here had any real results with it? I also saw that it’s great for relieving muscle soreness after a workout, which I could totally use since I’ve been trying to get back into shape. But is it okay to use it for general back pain? Like, could it make my pain worse instead?! I don’t wanna mess things up even more, ugh. I’m not really one for oils or balms, but I’m getting desperate here! Just last night, I used some heat pads, but it helped a bit and then the pain came right back. I’m thinking maybe I should try Sitaram Karpooradi Thailam for a week or something – does anyone have tips on how to use it? Also, is it safe to use it along with other treatments, or will that cause a weird reaction? Any feedback would really help before I make this leap!! Thanks a bunch, guys!
