Vasishta Mardana Oil - #35783

I am really struggling with this persistent muscle tension in my lower back. Last week, after a long day at work, I felt this weird tightness that just won’t go away. A friend recommended Vasishta Mardana Oil, saying it’s great for muscle relaxation and can help with tension. I thought, why not give it a try, right? The thing is, I don’t know much about it. Like, how exactly do I use Vasishta Mardana Oil? Do I just rub it in? And how much should I use? Also, I heard it might help with soreness too, and I’ve had this soreness after workouts lately. I read some where that it’s also good for calming the nerves? Because it feels like my back isn’t just physical, there’s this stress thing added on top, like everything’s tight and knotted up. Should I be using Vasishta Mardana Oil daily? What if it doesn’t work? I just want to feel better, honestly. I tried using some other oils b4 but they didn't seem to do much. Any tips from people who actually used Vasishta Mardana Oil would be super helpful because I’m kinda at my whits’ end here!
