I am really confused and a bit worried about my situation. For the past few months, I’ve been experiencing some really odd joint pains, especially in my knees and hips. A couple of weeks ago, my doctor mentioned it might be AVN, which I think means Avascular Necrosis or something. Anyway, after a few tests, they suggested maybe taking AVN Patolamooladi Kashayam. I read online that it’s supposed to help with joint issues related to AVN, but I don’t know much about it. I’ve tried a couple of other herbal remedies that didn’t really do much, and I thought maybe I was just being impatient or something. But the pain keeps coming back, and, honestly, I’m getting a bit desperate now. How long does it usually take to feel any relief from AVN Patolamooladi Kashayam? Should I take this along with other treatments? I’ve also heard about some dietary changes that might help, but I'm not sure where to start.
