Severe Body Pain and Stiffness Symptoms - #36818

I have every symptom of fibromyalgia except Migraines. My body is in so much pain. Stiffness in the morning, hands that don’t work, excruciating lower back pain. If I bump a bone it’s agony (when it shouldn’t be) and the searing pain lasts for ages. Once I get moving I’m ok. If I sit down to watch a movie I am stiff again and can’t move properly. My hands pulsate pain constantly. Ankles are so sore it makes walking difficult.

Tab Shallaki 1-0-1 after food 5. Vatavidhvamsak Rasa 1-0-1 After food 6. Massage with Mahanarayan Oil Take this treatment for 1 month and do follow up

Avoid - Cold bath, packaged food items, excess sugar, long walks, cold water, sour food items like curd/buttermilk, avoid Paneer/Cheese

Follow - hot water bath, drinking lukewarm water, having short brisk walks, Do Vajrasana daily for 7-8 minutes according to your convenience.

Fibromyalgia is chronic condition causing widespread musculoskeletal pain, fatigue, sleep disturbances and stiffness It happens when the brain and nerves amplify pain signals, so even light pressure feels painful. It’s often triggered or worsened by stress, poor sleep, hormonal imbalance or infection

Ayurveda explains this as -Mamsa gata vata= when aggravated vata dosha (the bio energy that controls movement and nerve function) enters muscle tissues (mamsa dhatu) , drying and stiffening them -AMA= undigested toxins from weak digestion accumulate I muscles and joints, blocking nutrition and causing inflammation, stiffness and pain -Kapha imbalance = causes heaviness and sluggishness

So, the main problem is -vata aggravation + ama acumulation -> pain, stiffness, fatigue

TREATMENT GOALS -Paicfy vata dosha= calm the overactive nervous and pain system -remove ama (toxins)- improve digestion and metabolism - relieve pain and stiffness= nourish and luricate muscle/joints - strengthen the muscle and nerves= through rejuvenation -improve sleep, mood, and energy= balance mind and body

INTERNAL MEDICATIONS

1) RASNASAPTAKAM KASHAYA= 20 ml with equal water twice daily after meals for 3 months = reduces stiffness, pain and inflammation in muscles/joints

2) YOGARAJ GUGGULU= 2 tabs twice daily after meals for 3 months = classic formulation for vata ama pain, detoxifies joints and muscles

3) SIMHANADA GUGGULU= 1 tab twice daily after meals for 1 month = helps remove ama, improves metabolism

4) ASHWAGANDHA CHURNA= 1 tsp with warm milk at bed time for 3 months = strengthens muscles, reduces stress, acts as a natural pain stabilizer

5) KSHEERBALA 101 CAPSULES= 1 cap twice daily with warm milk for 3 months = rejuvenates nerves, improves strength and flexibility

EXTERNAL THERAPIES

1) FULL BODY OIL MASSAGE= WITH MAHANARAYAN TAILA -massage gently from head to toe for 15-20 min before a warm shower daily = lubricates muscles and joints, reduces stiffness , calms vata and improves blood flow

2) STEAM THERAPY -after massage take mild steam to the body =opens body channels, removes toxins, softens stiff muscles

DIET -eat warm, freshly cooked, mildly spiced unctuous food - avoid cold, dry, raw, processed, or leftover foods - drink warm water or herbal teas - ginger, cumin, coriander -avoid cold milk, yogurt at night , cold drinks, salads in excess

FOODS THAT HELP -whole rice, mung dal, ghee, cooked vegetables -milk with turmeric or ashwagandha - garlic, ginger , cumin, turmeric, coriander -soups, broths, khichri rice + mung dal - dates, almonds(soaked), sesame seeds (for calcium)

AVOID -cold foods/drinks, ice cream, refrigerated leftovers -dry cereals, crackers, chips -excess coffee, tea, alcohol -red meat, heavy fried food -sour curd, cheese causes stiffness

HOME REMEDIES -warm turmeric milk at bedtime - ginger tea - boil fresh ginger in water, sip through the day - reduces stiffness -castor oil 1 tsp with warm milk- once weekly to gently clear ama -Epsom salt bath- relieves muscle stiffness -warm sesame oil massage- even at home, before bath helps greatly

LIFESTYLE -keep body warm and well covered, avoid cold exposure -maintain regular sleep, go to bed by 10 pm -avoid overexertion or long sitting - gentle, frequent movement is better -avoid suppression natural urges- urination, hunger, sleep -maintain a calm mind- emotional stress increases vata -use warm water for bathing and apply mild oil to soles and scalp before sleep

YOGA AND PRANAYAM -tadasana= improves posture -bhujangasana= relieves back stiffness -pawanmuktasana= improves flexibility -shavasana= deep relaxation -trikonasana= stretches muscles gently

PRANAYAM -anulom vilom= balances nervous system -bhramari= calms mind and relieves stress - deep diaphragmatic breathing= oxygenates and relaxes muscles

Practice daily for 15-20 min in a quite, warm place

Fibromyalgia - like disorders are chronic but manageable Ayurveda doesn’t just mask pain- it addresses root imbalances through diet, detox, and strengthening of body and mind

With regular oil massage, medications, balanced diet , yoga and good rest, many people experience -reduced pain and stiffness -better sleep and digestion -increased energy and mood -improved joint flexibility and movement
